If you need to cancel or reschedule a slime class, please contact us at least a week in advance. Cancellations made within a week may not be eligible for a refund.

For custom slime classes, cancellations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Each custom class requires a great deal of preparation, planning, and materials, and once reserved, we are unable to offer that slot to others on short notice.

客製化包班課程一經報名後恕不退費。這類課程需耗費大量時間進行規劃、準備材料與設計內容，且臨時取消會導致該時段無法再安排其他學員，敬請理解。

 

For slime product orders, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept cancellations or refunds after your order has been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel an unshipped order, please contact us within 3 hours after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been prepared.
